The Advance Light Microscopy is part of the Cellular Imaging core facility of Amsterdam UMC, location AMC dedicated to state-of the-art optical microscopy applications. Multidimensional imaging of cells and tissues, live cell microscopy and image analysis.
The ALM offers open access to advanced light microscopy systems as Wide-field, Confocal and Live-Cell microscopes using phase, absorption and fluorescence modalities. The ALM provides training in equipment use, scientific advisement in experiment planning, consulting and collaboration in research projects, and develops educational activities.
